METHOD FOR PRINTING NAME CARD BY USING HEAT-TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS CAPABLE OF OMITTING INK DRYING STEP AND NAME CARD PREPARED THEREBY

PURPOSE: To provide a method for printing a name card, which is able to omit an ink drying step by using a heat-transcription process when printing contents to be printed on the name card and print changed contents by inputting a new contents to a computer without a plate-mating process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing a polyester material; (b) coating a coating layer comprising a cold color, a silver color or a colored dye layer on a front side and a rear side of the polyester material by using a heat-transcription process; (c) cutting the coated polyester material into a name card size; and (d) forming a printing layer in accordance with contents inputted to a computer on the cut polyester material by using a heat-transcription head. The heat transcription temperature of the step (b) is in a range of 130-160 deg.C and the heat transcription temperature of the step (d) is in a range of 70-80 deg.C.
