PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for transferringly forming a fibrous projecting structure used as a sheet for manufacturing a base material having a fibrous projecting structure part on the surface. SOLUTION: The sheet for transferringly forming the fibrous projecting structure can transferringly form the fibrous projecting structure part at least partially on the surface of a self-adhesive layer. As the fibrous projecting structure part, a napped fiber part having a structure where the fiber rises from the surface of the self-adhesive layer is suitably employed. The sheet for transferringly forming the fibrous projecting structure has at least one face functioning as a release face from the self-adhesive layer on which the fibrous projecting structure is transferringly formed, and optionally has at least partially on the release face side the fibrous projecting structure part for transferringly forming the fibrous projecting structure part on the surface of the self-adhesive layer. Preferably, the sheet for transferringly forming the fibrous projecting structure has a recessed part partially formed at the release face side and has the fibrous projecting structure part for transferringly forming in the recessed part.
