PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in a work on a vacuum vessel body and suppress the occurrence of malfunction of a refrigerator due to leakage magnetic field, in a refrigerator cooling type superconductive magnetic device having the refrigerator for cooling a superconductive coil. SOLUTION: The refrigerator cooling type superconductive magnetic device is equipped with a super conductive coil 18 excited by electric power supplied through a lead 21, a GM refrigerator 13 for cooling the superconductive coil 18 through driving by a motor 13A and the vacuum vessel body 11 in which the superconductive coil 18 is received and the GM refrigerator 13 is mounted. In the device, a shield cover 25 consisting of a magnetic material is arranged on the vacuum vessel body 11. The shield cover 25 is constituted so as to cover the motor 13A or the like which is projected from the ceiling plate 12 of the vacuum vessel body 11.
