PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable fiber planter even through the wall of which nourishment is supplied to plant's roots, the wall of which is very thick apparently, and gross weight of which is stable and relatively great. SOLUTION: The vegetable fiber planter comprises a cavity wall part obtained by integrally forming inner and outer wall parts using a vegetable fiber sheet composed of coconut shell fibers, flax plant fibers or the like. The inside of the cavity wall part is charged with plant culture soil or, alternatively, may be charged with the plant culture soil and vegetable fiber wastes. A ceiling part at the upper part of the recessed part of the planter is covered with a vegetable fiber sheet lid, and the vegetable fiber sheet lid may be provided with cuts allowing plant buds or stalks to get through.
