FIELD: biology, medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting prostatic cancer, efficiency control during treating prostatic tumors, in screening programs to detect risk groups, for predicting the development of tumor process and detecting relapses. The suggested kit of reagents for quantitative detection a prostate-specific antigen (PSA)in blood serum contains a carrier with immobilized first murine monoclonal antibodies produced by the strain of hybrid cultivated animal cells Mus.musculus L. N RKKKK(P)660D, a conjugate of the second murine monoclonal antibodies produced by the strain of hybrid cultivated animal cells Mus.musculus L. N RKKK(P)661D with peroxidase, calibration PSA samples (0; 2.5; 5.0; 10.0 and 30.0 ng/ml PSA) in tris-buffer with 1%-bovine serumal albumin. The method enables to quantitatively detect general prostate-specific antigen in blood serum upon any photometer of vertical scanning. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. ^ 4 ex, 5 tbl |
