The sensor (D) includes a semiconductor chip, provided with photodiodes (PD) and output terminals (T), and a circuit board (C) with input terminals (I), such that the input terminals and output terminals are connected. The sensor also has a signal reading circuit (A) outside the input terminal formation region of the circuit board, for making dimensions of the circuit board smaller than the dimensions of the semiconductor chip. |
