摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are an anti-static and biodegradable polyester copolymer which has improved cutting property, thereby showing excellent productivity as well as satisfactory processability and mechanical property, and a process for the preparation thereof. CONSTITUTION: The 3-components polyester copolymer comprises 30-70 pbw of an aromatic-aliphatic polyester oligomer, 70-30 pbw of a polylactic acid, 0.1-10 pbw of an anti-static material selected from the group consisting of an ionic organic compound and polyalkyleneglycol or a derivative thereof. Particularly, in the aromatic-aliphatic polyester, the aromatic component is at least one selected from a dicarboxylic acid of ROOC-Ar-COOR', or a derivative thereof and the aliphatic component is at least one selected from a dicarboxylic acid of ROOC(CH2)nCOOR' or a derivative thereof. The polylactic acid comprises L-, D- or L,D-lactic acid having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more. The ionic organic compound is at least one selected from metallic salts of the formula 2 or the formula 3 and an ammonium compound of the formula 4. The polyalkyleneglycol or derivative thereof is a structure of HO-(R-O-R')n-OH.
