<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marker with which printing time is stabilized and printing speed is increased by making correspondence by a software. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, when preparing a picture and selecting a printing method ( raster printing, vector printing or the like ), coordinate data groups are prepared in the order of the picture to be printed, time data are prepared by calculating necessary galvano-mirror moving time between the coordinates and the coordinate data and the time data are stored in a set. By outputting the coordinate data and the time data which are stored to a galvano-mirror controller when performing printing, printing is performed by a series of controls of galvano-mirror movement, laser pulse output, galvano-mirror movement and laser pulse output, thereby dispensing with calculation processing during operation of the printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
