PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an operational state of a fluid use facility.SOLUTION: A drain discharge database including a piping layout of piping (5) with drain traps (3) and valves (4) in a fluid use facility (1) disposed, and the positions of the drain traps (3) and the valves (4) on the piping (5) is created, operation states of a fluid use apparatus (2), the train traps (3) and the valves (4) in the fluid use facility (1) are respectively monitored on the basis of detection information of detectors (D) installed at respective places of the fluid use facility (1), monitoring results about the operation states of at least the drain traps (3) and the valves (4) are accumulated and stored, history information of the operation states of the drain traps (3) and the valves (4) is generated, the frequency and causes of failures of the drain traps (3) and the valves (4) are recognized on the basis of the history information, and necessity for changing the piping layout is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
