<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, with a conventional in-house electric-power monitoring and controlling system, the power usage condition of each load cannot be followed in detail because total in-house electric power demand is monitored by a demand controller provided at an energy consumer side, because electric power used exceeds contracted electric power, and because optimum electric power control cannot be performed. <P>SOLUTION: Circuit breakers 1, 3a, 3b, 3c each provided with demand controllers 9, 11a, 11b, 11c are provided each on a bus bar 2, in an electric power demanded house, and on branch bus bars 4a, 4b, 4c branched from the bus bar 2 and connecting loads 16a, 16b, 16c thereto. Comprehensive electric power monitoring control is performed by transmitting the used electric power of each bus bar detected by the demand controllers 9, 11a, 11b, 11c to each other via communication portions 10, 12a, 12b, 12c, and by extracting a load to be broken by the demand controller 9 of a main circuit breaker 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
