<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging paper box for a microwave, which is assembled easily and retains stable self-supportability, and a microwave heated package using the paper box as an outer package. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging paper box is used as the outer package for a flat soft packaging bag having a steam escape part, which is opened by the inner steam pressure of the packaging bag when the steam pressure increases beyond a prescribed point due to heating. On an upper part of the upper board (12) of the packaging paper bag, a lateral unsealing strip (16), which is formed by making two parallel cut lines (a), is formed in continuous with two side boards (11, 13) formed consecutively on both end edges of the upper board (12).
