PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide yeast containing high concentration of polyamine, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The production method of yeast with high content of polyamine is provided that comprises culturing yeast in the culture medium to which the following component A and/or B is added. Component A: 0.1 mM or more of one or more kinds of polyamine selected from the group consisting of putrescine, spermidine, and spermine in total. Component B: as sodium concentration, 25 mM or more of one or more kinds of sodium sources selected from the group consisting of sodium chloride, sodium glutamate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, citric acid and sodium hydroxide, sodium salt of citric acid, and sodium malic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
