PURPOSE: A fingerprint recognition sensor for detecting a temperature change and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance fingerprint recognition of the sensor, and implement slimness and multifunction by maximally detecting the temperature change between a ridge and a gully of a fingerprint with a thermal insulation structure. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measurement sensor part has the thermal isolation structure by forming a pattern to each unit fingerprint recognition sensor on a substrate. A driving circuit(22) outputs a value according to the temperature change detected in the temperature measurement sensor part. A volumetric sensor or a superconduction typed device sensor is applied to the temperature measurement sensor part.
