PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize radio resources by establishing a plurality of radio links by using a slot for control in a radio communication apparatus of a TDMA system for preventing a deterioration in a radio quality by a method for communicating in a plurality of slots with a channel swap system by a frequency hopping system. SOLUTION: After a first radio link is established and started between a master machine and a slave machine, a second radio link is established by a request from the slave machine side. At this time, on the side of the second radio link, a change of frequency by channel swap is prohibited. The radio communication apparatus moves a control channel to the second radio link, superimposes control channel information and communication information, and performs transmission in the slot of the moved second radio link and reception in a corresponding slot.
