<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin/rubber composite wherein a high-strength bond is established between a resin and a rubber with high dimensional accuracy without an excessive thermal history. <P>SOLUTION: The composite is prepared by bringing a resin element selected from resin compositions or from resin components and a vulcanized rubber component into contact with each other and by heating them for the establishment of a direct bond between the resin element and the vulcanized rubber component. The resin element is constituted of a thermoplastic resin bearing amino groups, and the vulcanized rubber component is constituted of a vulcanized rubber formed by vulcanizing an acid-modified rubber. The thermoplastic resin is constituted of a polyamide-based resin (polyamide resin, polyamide-based elastomer, etc.) having amino groups at a concentration rate of≥10 mmol/kg. The acid-modified rubber ordinarily have acid groups (carboxy groups) at a concentration rate of≥50 mmol/kg. The composite is manufactured, for instance, by accommodating the vulcanized rubber component in a molding metal and then injecting the resin composition onto the vulcanized rubber component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
