<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource managing method for a radio communication system which has higher transmission path efficiency in a system that is in a higher order than a base station. <P>SOLUTION: Data sent from a plurality of radio terminal devices are made cells to be multiplexed, and when a base station device transmits the multiplexed cells to a radio network controller through a band-restricted line, resources of the radio terminal devices are managed. The resource managing method comprises a step in which the base station device detects a cell flow rate surpassing a prescribed threshold with respect to the line, a step in which the base station device sends an event report to the effect that the cell flow rate is detected to the radio network controller, a step in which the radio network controller sends to the base station device instruction information to change resources of a prescribed radio terminal device on the basis of the event report, and a step for changing the resources of the prescribed radio terminal device on the basis of the instruction information sent to the base station device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
