PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a simple cooling device even if a module has a plurality of high heat generating elements in its inside, in the electronic device. SOLUTION: A passage pipe 6 through which a cooling medium flows is provided on a wall 3 between a module 2 and another module 2. The module 2 is covered with a lid 10 made of a material having a sufficient thermal conductivity, such as aluminum. A heat radiating block 12 is attached on the high heat generating element to form a structure of contacting the lid 10. A fixing metallic ornament 9 is attached on the module 2, and the lid 10 of the module 2 is pressed on the wall 3 through which the cooling medium flows to radiate the heat.
