PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating performance and drying performance by suppressing an increase in the temperature and pressure of a refrigerant by a change in an air state in a bathroom. SOLUTION: A heat pump type heating/drying apparatus has a refrigeration circuit 116 for filling the refrigerant by successively connecting a compressor 102 for compressing the refrigerant, a radiator 202 for enabling the refrigerant to radiate heat to air in the bathroom as utilization-side air, an accumulator 209 as a surplus refrigerant recovery means 203 for recovering the surplus refrigerant, a heat absorber 201 for heat absorber 201 for heat absorbing from the bathroom air as the heat source side air by the refrigerant, and an expanding mechanism 106 for reducing the pressure of the refrigerant for expansion by piping. The surplus refrigerant in the refrigeration circuit 116 is stored in a high-density state inside an accumulator 209 for collection by a decrease in the amount of radiation of heat following an increase in the temperature in the bathroom, and an increase in the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 102 is suppressed, thus dispensing with countermeasures against the stop, the decrease in the speed of the compressor 102, and the like, and improving heating performance and drying performance.
