<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorbing material relaxing the shock at collision, and to provide a shell plate and an interior material for an automobile, relaxing the shock at the collision. <P>SOLUTION: The shock absorbing material is obtained by dispersing microcapsules including a curing-accelerating agent, in a synthetic resin or a synthetic resin laminated on a metal plate.
