<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can be assembled and capable of converting materials discarded in daily life such as fallen leaves, grasses, twigs of garden trees, flowers finished with blooming and dead branches collected after harvesting kitchen gardens, into leaf soil. <P>SOLUTION: Side plates having two-by-four-method dimensions are to be formed into such sizes that match the place where they are installed, then the side plates are to be fitted into four columns to form an enclosure, and thus the structure which is portable and capable of being assembled is obtained. This invention is effective in forming leaf soil and organic fertilizers, and its structure can be loaded into an ordinary passenger car without effort and handled with ease.
