<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood crusher for manufacturing wood wool which is effectively utilized in extensive applications such as litter in a livestock shed from waste wood such as waste building materials and waste roots, and a waste wood recycling system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The wood crusher comprises a hopper in which raw waste wood is charged, a pulverization unit which is disposed below the hopper to pulverize raw waste wood, and a screen which is disposed below the pulverization unit to pass the raw waste wood pulverized into a predetermined grain size or under. The pulverization unit comprises a cylindrical drum to be rotated together with a center shaft, a plurality of pedestal parts which are protruded at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction along an outer circumferential surface of the drum and extending in the axial direction of the drum, and a plurality of cutters mounted at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of each pedestal part.
