Bottle closure device (1) for alcoholic and super-alcoholic beverages, which is characterized in that it comprises a cap (2), an emptying element (3) and a stopper group (4). The emptying element (3) comprises a first tubular portion (5) which has an outer threading that is coupled to a corresponding threading at the inner portion of the cap (2); a second tubular portion (8), which is larger than the neck (10) of the bottle so as to be coupled thereto; retention means located at the neck portion (10) and arranged over the second tubular section (8); and angular antislip means (9), as well as a closing process for alcoholic bottles having said device.
