<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock and unlock an opening/closing door of a sanitary sewage and sludge tank by simultaneously turning both rotary claws on the right and left sides of a vehicle only by operating a hand lever on the left side of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A rear door locking device of a vacuum vehicle comprises a pair of right and left rotary claws to lock or unlock an opening/closing door mounted on a rear end of a sanitary sewage and sludge tank mounted on a rear part of the vehicle, a hand lever to open/close the rotary claw on the left side, and a wire to connect the hand lever to a rotary shaft of the rotary claw on the right side of the vehicle.
