<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer container constituting an easily openable packaging body having both easily openable properties and hermetically sealing properties which can always obtain the easily openable properties even when sealing conditions, for example, a sealing pressure, a sealing temperature or the like, particularly, a sealing position or the like are changed, and to provide the easily openable packaging body equipped with the multi-layer container and a method for manufacturing the multi-layer container. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-layer container 2 is a container equipped with the multi-layer container 2 in which a flange part 25 is arranged on the peripheral edge of an opening part 24. A layer comprising at least an inner layer 21 of the container 2 is releasably formed. Two peripheral notches 251 and 252 are provided on the upper face of the flange part 25, and a part 253 which is lower than the upper face of the flange part 25 is formed so that it is connected with the notch 252 outside of two peripheral notches 251 and 252.
