DATA TRANSMISSION DISTRIBUTION CONTROL METHOD, NETWORK TRANSFER DEVICE, USER TERMINAL, SERVICE MANAGEMENT SERVER AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission distribution control method that can reduce an administrator's burden and realize a stable network operation by appropriately distributing a load of traffic on a network.

SOLUTION: For communication processing involved in network service use routed between user terminals for using the network service, a content delivery server for providing the network service, and service management servers for providing an authentication/encryption function for protecting control information such as connection information and user information, the data transmission distribution control method uses data group dividing and assigning means for dividing and assigning a data group to be matched at authentication processing for the network service use, to the plurality of service management servers, service management server selecting means for selecting a server for data matching depending on a network state when given authentication processing is triggered, and information transfer means for transferring information to the selected service management server.
