PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area-specific environment providing system, an area-specific environment management system, and an environment providing device capable of improving productivity of an individual or the like. SOLUTION: The area-specific environment providing system 1 provides a temperature environment to each space group 60. The area-specific environment providing system 1 is provided with a detecting part 21a or the like, and an environment providing part 52a or the like. The detecting part 21a detects vigilance relevant to at least one of an individual or a group belonging to a space 60a. The environment providing part 52a provides a preferable environment to the space 60a based on the vigilance and suitable vigilance.
