PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe assembly of a flexible film lap device automatically continuously processible by the stepless replacement by using a two-stage curvature shoe corresponding to a diameter, and capable of precisely transferring an extremely precisely processed stone circular arc surface to a processing object shaft surface. SOLUTION: This shoe assembly has a pair of opening-closing arms 51 and 52 openably-closably supported by a moving table 4, and respectively arranging an abrasive covering film guide in respective end parts. The shoe assembly has shoe assemblies 22 and 32 for forming a plurality of stones 21 and 31 having two pairs of different fixing circular arc surfaces pressable so as to contact a film abrasive surface with the processing object shaft surface by sandwiching two diametrally different processing object shafts fixed to the pair of respective opening-closing arms.
