<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse unit for enabling a state of a fuse of the fuse unit mounted on the side of a battery to be easily viewed when the fuse unit is stacked in a direction where it gets away from the battery. <P>SOLUTION: When a mounting part 20 is mounted to a battery post 12, a housing 30 is adapted to face to a side face 11a of the battery 11. At the same time, the mounting part 20 and a fuse body 40 included in the housing 30 are electrically connected to the battery 11, and a wire connection part 42 is formed in the housing 30 by interlaying a fusible part 41. This kind of fuse unit 10 can be stacked in a direction where it gets away from the battery 11, and the fusible part 41 is melted when an excessive current flows to cut off the current, whereby an electric apparatus is protected. Then, a fusible part 41a of the fuse unit 10 on the battery side does not overlap a fusible part 41b in front of it because the position of the fusible part 40 is different on the basis of each housing 30.
