<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent information search system allowing to search a patent database having patent information data written in two languages to find necessary data through the input of a search keyword written in the first language. <P>SOLUTION: When a search keyword in the first language is entered from a user terminal 4, it is sent to a translation server 3, where it is translated into the second language and delivered to a patent information providing server.
