<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic driver for reciprocally moving a mover smoothly, and also to provide an electromagnetic valve using the same driver. <P>SOLUTION: A bottomed-cylindrical material 32 is provided to the internal circumference of a fixed core 12 and a coil 22. The cylindrical member 32 is formed of a non-magnetic material such as stainless steel or the like. The cylindrical material 32 includes a small diameter 34 provided in the bottom side, and a large diameter 36 which is formed in the side of an attracting part 12b of the small diameter 34 following the same to have the internal diameter which is larger than the small diameter 34. The small diameter 34 slides on a movable core 30 to support the same movable core 30 allowing reciprocal movement. Since difference d in the radius of the small diameter 34 and large diameter 36 is set to 30μm or more, a gap which is equal to or larger than the sliding clearance is formed between the internal circumferential surface of the large diameter 36 and the external circumferential surface of the movable core 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
