FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacture of non-smoking nicotine-containing products. Method comprises extracting tobacco with a nonpolar extractant in supercritical state and then with water followed by concentration of aqueous extract. Resulting extract and concentrate are mixed with ashes, lime, vegetable oil, pectin, and two fractions isolated from biomass of micromycet Mortierella lignicola according to prescribed technology. Resulting mixture is finally molded. ^ EFFECT: reduced losses of nicotine and odorants and enabled manufacture of product with balanced composition and organoleptic properties analogous to those of conventional oil nasvai. |
