<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reductively oilifying apparatus of waste plastics which realizes rapid dissolution and, further, homogeneous and superior dissolution of waste plastics and which can simplify a step for supplying the dissolved plastics to a pyrolysis tank thereby to realize sure supply and to make cleaning, maintenance or the like easy. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with an extruder 2 having a heating cylinder 4 and an extrusion screw 5 for dissolving and extruding waste plastics Ro thrown into through a charge hole 3, a pyrolysis tank 6 which is provided with a tank main body 8 arranged inside a coil 7 for accommodating the dissolved plastics Rd extruded from the extruder 2 and pyrolyzes the dissolved plastics Rd to generate cracked gases Gr by induction-heating the tank main body 8 by passing a high frequency electric current through the coil 7, and an oilifying treatment part 9 for cooling and oilifying the cracked gases Gr generated in the pyrolysis tank 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
