METHOD FOR EVALUATING GROUP CONSISTING OF MULTIPLE COMPONENTS, AND METHOD FOR GUIDING OPTIMUM GROUP STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determination, in execution of a certain project, the propriety of a team composed of a leader and a plurality of constituting members suitable to execution of the project.

SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of: acquiring values of a plurality of component descriptive variables (evaluation items) for each component; generating a value of group descriptive variable from the values of component descriptive variables for each group; acquiring a value of group reference variable for each group; classifying groups to a successful group having a desired reference variable value and a non-successful group having no desired reference variable value by decision tree analysis based on the value of group descriptive variable and the value of group reference variable, and determining a branch condition for this classification; and evaluating a group of an evaluation object based on the branch condition.
