<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image conversion panel with improved sensitivity, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the radiographic image conversion panel with a fluorescent layer formed by a vapor deposition sedimentation method, the fluorescent layer consists of an europium activated cesium bromide stimulable phosphor having a basic composition formula (I). (I) CsBr-aCsX:zEu, wherein X indicates Cl or I; a is a value satisfying the inequality of 6×10<SP>-4</SP>≤a≤5×10<SP>-3</SP>when X is Cl, and the inequality of 3.4×10<SP>-5</SP>≤a≤3×10<SP>-3</SP>when X is I; and z is a value satisfying the inequality of 0<z<1.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
