<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be correspondingly used by an infant, a woman, the elderly and the like preferring creamy and fine detergent foam, which is effective for the skin wash, and to prevent peeling of skin keratin, which causes the rough skin, by the skin wash. <P>SOLUTION: This washing implement is formed by opening small holes in an ultrafine fiber cloth, has a bag shape, and has putting-in/out holes in the both sides of the opposed sides, which are fastened with strap rubbers.
