PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold safety belt fixture and a leading handrail brace member, which can restrict the increase of transport cost and be easily installed and manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: A scaffold safety belt fixture 1 comprises: a fixing member 2, which has a tubular part 21 with an open groove 211, a side wall 222 erected above the tubular part 21 and a window hole 225 formed above the open groove 211 on the side wall 222; a metal fitting 3, which has a latching part 31 capable of being movably latched to the tubular part 21 along a longer direction and a circumferential direction of the tubular part 21 and being inserted into the window hole 225, and an engaging part 32 that faces to the tubular part 21 at a predetermined distance between them when the latching part 31 is latched to the tubular part 21 and enables a safety belt to engage.
