<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus for transmitting/receiving a business card information from which a visiting customer, a building of a visiting destination, etc. can be easily judged. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone with a camera is provided with a business card file preparation mode for preparing a business card file in which image data photographed by the digital camera built in the portable telephone are related to character data inputted from an input operation part of the portable telephone. When personal information is inputted to a character data input area 40 displayed on an LCD 7 and image data such as the person's face and a building are set in the image setting area 41 under the business card file preparation mode, a business card file is prepared and stored in an inner memory or a memory card.
