FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing articulation, removing pathologically changed granulations and cicatricial connective tissues, making tibia and talus resection, within healthy tissue and introducing transplant into formed cavity. Autotransplant is taken by osteotomy of external malleolus at tibial level without cutting it from anterior talofibular ligament. The auto transplant is introduced into formed cavity. Compression is to be done with one of known methods. ^ EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; simplified operation method; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
