<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and space-saving filter regenerating device, requiring a small amount of backwashing air which can be generated by a small compressor or blower normally equipped in a general mechanic's shop, and easily operated or managed. <P>SOLUTION: In the filter regenerating device, an air supply nozzle 131 and an exhaust nozzle 132, a housing chamber 141 housing an element 101, a tapered part 145 and an O-ring 117 (seal means) which seal between an air supply nozzle 131 side and an exhaust nozzle 132 side of the element 101 when the element 101 is housed in the housing chamber 141, a rotor 107 having a slit 105 formed to be rotatable, are arranged on the air supply nozzle 131 side of the housing chamber 141. While the slit 105 is rotated, the air supplied from the air supply nozzle 131 passes through the slit 105 and fed to an exhaust gas passing side of the element 101 which is housed in the housing chamber 141 so as to pass to an exhaust gas supply side of the element 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
