<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce visible unevenness in a display area as to a method and an apparatus for ejecting liquid-drops and a method for manufacturing an electro-optical device. <P>SOLUTION: In the water-drop ejecting method for ejecting and arranging a functional solution to/on pixel areas of a substrate on which a plurality of pixel areas are arrayed in a display area, a head 20 on which a plurality of nozzles for ejecting the functional solution are formed is scanned in a prescribed direction and the functional solution is ejected from the head 20 to the head 20 and the substrate while impressing random fine vibration to a direction intersecting with the prescribed direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
