EXHAUST GAS AFTERTREATMENT DEVICE OF DIESEL ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power performance from lowering when a transient state occurs during the regenerative treatment of a filter.

SOLUTION: This exhaust gas aftertreatment device of a diesel engine comprises the filter 41 collecting and stacking particulates in an exhaust passage 2 and performs the regenerative treatment of the filter 41 when the regenerative time of the filter 41 comes. The exhaust gas aftertreatment device comprises a transient state determination means 31 determining whether the operating state of a vehicle is in a transient state or not and a regenerative treatment release means 31 releasing the regenerative treatment of the filter 41 when the operating state of the vehicle is determined to be the transient state by the transient state determination means 31 during the regenerative treatment of the filter 41.
