<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse which can read image data recorded on a recording medium attached to a photographic device and can input the data to a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A mouse 2 is composed of a first, a second button 5, 6 and a main unit of the mouse and the like, and a base for mounting a digital camera is formed in the main unit of the mouse. On the base, a female type connection terminal to which a male type connection terminal is fit formed on the bottom of the digital camera is arranged. The mouse is equipped with a data communication controller 35 for reading the image data recorded on the recording medium loaded on the digital camera via a connection terminal and a USB interface 37 and the like for transmitting the read image data to the computer.
