<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakdown of a coil entangled with a terminal by increasing intensity of the terminal for substrate connection whereas a load of the manufacturing cost of the high voltage transformer is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 50 for substrate connection is provided with a folding-back portion 53 which is constituted by folding one end 54 of the terminal 50 on the upper surface of the original portion 55, and the terminal 50 is embedded within a terminal board 34 so that the folded end 53a of the folding-back portion 53 is projected to the external side from the end surface of the terminal board 34. Accordingly, improvement in intensity of the root of the terminal 50 can be realized at lower cost, and breakdown of coil can be prevented by entangling one end of the coil to the folded end 53a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
