<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging-type packaging box hard to open with a malicious intention, capable of leaving a clear trace when a seal is opened, showing an excellent appearance and further capable of being manufactured easily. <P>SOLUTION: The hanging-type packaging box comprises a box body 1 formed of a blank punched into a predetermined shape and comprising a rectangular cylindrical barrel composed of a side plate 3b, a front plate 3a, a side plate 3d and a rear plate 3c, a bottom mainly composed of the bottom plate covering a lower end opening of the barrel and a lid mainly composed of a lid plate covering the upper end opening of the barrel 3, and a hanging part 2 composed of a rear plate extending from the upper end of the rear plate toward an upward direction, and the rear plate is formed with a hanging hole. The hanging hole is arranged at the lower end of the rear plate and a seal S is bonded over the lid plate and the rear plate through the hanging hole.
