<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate dimensional control of a sliding part of a piston and a taper part of a cylinder bore by favorably supporting a cup seal on the sliding part of the piston, preventing falling of the piston and preventing lowering of operational feeling due to rub-up of the sliding part with the taper part even when there are slight manufacturing errors on the sliding part and the taper part of the cylinder bore. <P>SOLUTION: The piston 5 is internally inserted into the inside of the cylinder bore 3 furnished with the taper part 3e gradually enlarging its diameter toward the opening side on an opening end. The sliding part 5c to support the cup seal 7 is formed on the cylinder bore opening side of the piston 5. The sliding part 5c is furnished with a sliding surface 5f to slide on the cylinder bore bottom part side from the taper part 3e and a chamfer part 5g an outer periphery of which gradually contracts its diameter toward the cylinder bore opening side on the cylinder bore opening side from the sliding surface 5f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
