<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating a mixture gas with an economically advantageous and feasible PSA (pressure swing adsorption) system, which stabilizes the purity of a nitrogen product gas, and a device for separating the nitrogen gas, and a system for consuming the nitrogen gas. <P>SOLUTION: A low-pressure regeneration process of an absorption tower is constituted of 99-20% of a process consisting of the discharge of a gas in the absorbing tower to the atmosphere and the washing of the inside of the absorption tower with the product gas, and 1-80% of a process comprising preparatory pressurizing in such a state that the absorption tower is closed and only a line for performing the washing of the inside of the absorption tower with the product gas is opened. The problem can be solved by the mixed gas separation method in which the oxygen concentration at the outlet of the absorption tower performing high pressure adsorption is detected and low-pressure regeneration is automatically changed according to a value set for the oxygen concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
