<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R) monoclonal antibody which specifically recognizes only native interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R). <P>SOLUTION: The anti-interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R) monoclonal antibody which specifically recognizes only the native interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R) is produced by fusing a myeloma cell with a cell obtained by subjecting a mouse spleen cell to an immunization treatment using the extracellular domain of the interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R) as an antigen, further screening the obtained hybridomas to obtain the hybridoma clone which produces the monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing only the native interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R), and then culturing the hybridoma clone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
