DISPLAY DEVICE INTEGRATED COMPUTER, AND COOLING MODULE USED THEREIN

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific heat dissipation effect not found in prior art by providing a cooling technique that is effective in application in a desktop type computer having a liquid crystal display device.

SOLUTION: The computer having a heat generating part such as a CPU on a motherboard is provided with a liquid cooling device cooling the heat generating part by circulating a refrigerant liquid between a heat receiving head connected to the heat generating part and a heat dissipation part, and an air cooling device thermally connected to the heat generating part and lowering generated heat of the heat generating part by blowing air. It is composed such that the heat generating part, the heat receiving head, and the air cooling device are arranged in a laminated state in a space between the motherboard mounted with the heat generating part and a cover of the computer to cool the heat generating part by liquid and air.
