<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by preventing inadequate installation caused by displacement of a boot in installing the protective boot. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding pin 5 mounted on a caliper 2 is inserted and fitted in a pin sliding hole 4 of a mounting member 1, and the protective boot 6 having a mounting cylindrical part 7B and an annular flange part 7C is mounted between the sliding pin 5 and the boot mounting hole 8. Further the boot mounting hole 8 is composed of a cylindrical part fitting portion 9, a flange part fitting portion 10 and a stepped guide portion 11, a hole diameter D4 of a regular groove part 11B of the stepped guide portion 11 is determined to be larger than a hole diameter D1 of the cylindrical part fitting portion 9, and approximately equal to an outer diameter A of the annular flange part 7C. As the protective boot 7 and the cylindrical part fitting portion 9 can be positioned by the stepped guide part 11 in assembling the protective boot 7 even when axes 01-01, 02-02 of the protective boot 7 and the cylindrical part fitting portion 9 are displaced, the inadequate assembling of the boot can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
