发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR STEEL-ALUMINUM JOINT STRUCTURE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a steel-aluminum joint structure having a high joint strength by inhibiting a brittle layer of Al-Fe binary alloy from expanding over the whole joining interface. SOLUTION: An aluminum material 2 is laminated on a hot-dip aluminized steel plate 1, on which an aluminum plated layer 4 containing 3-12 mass% Si and 0.5-5 mass% Fe is formed, and spot welding of the laminated material and plate is performed while pressurizing the hot-dip aluminized steel plate and aluminum or an aluminum alloy using an electrode 3 having a front end with a radius. The hot-dip aluminized steel plate preferably has an Al-Fe-Si ternary alloy layer with a thickness of≥0.1μm, which is formed on an interface between the plated layer and base steel.
